EDIT Editing my review because I talked to the manager and she fixed it. We got a free combo meal and the worker that was there when we showed up was super friendly. The pretzel was SUPER fresh and delicious!! The lemonade was good also! Thanks so much ❤️
Ordered for mother's day coupon buy one get one free. I got 3 total. Two were burnt and one was doughy in the middle. ?

Why do they have to be so obnoxious and lazy? They only want to make pretzel bites. But they don't even cook them all the way. Pretzels are supposed to be brown with a bit of crunch on the outside. That's where the pretzel flavor activates. Otherwise it's just a ball of dough. Took them home to finish in the air fryer. No fountain drinks and really nothing but pretzel bites, no big pretzels, no pretzel dogs. But plenty of attitude. Why you need two people "working" in there is beyond me since they still won't cook anything. Waste of money and irritation. Should just 7se computers and machine. No entitled people required.

Never any big pretzels or pretzel dogs. NEVER. Even called corporate, no change. Say goodbye to auntie Anne's it's time for bankruptcy. I won't even go into the lousy service and the fact the fountain drink machine doesn't work. No carbonation and no manager to fix anything. I won't even try again. This is ridiculous. All they ever have is old hard pretzel bites. Shut it down for the love of God.

I love this brand but this place is a disappointment. First one I ordered was hard as rock as it's been sitting there under the lamps for hours. They fixed it with a fresh one but was the thinnest pretzel I've ever gotten there... Would've been happy if they remedied it correctly but decided to screw it up even worse... ?
