This review written during my 3rd visit to Benchmark. First visit was a recommendation from a random I met at Walk ons. Spectacular service, well catered to. Not forgotten. Quality drinks, formal, professional environment. Lighting is fantastic, not too bright, not too dark. Bar option is for me, restaurant seating open. Clean. Food is absolutely top notch! Scallops to die for. Menu changes regularly. Staff remains! Quality bartenders. Jason the owner cares greatly for his staff and establishment! Will return again and again. Will recommend HIGHLY to friends!

We were on road trip and passed thru Texarkana, AK. I saw that we were going to be late getting to the Benchmark. I called and they told us to come on in! It was 9:45 when we arrived. My hubby and I sat at the bar. We split fish and chips and a Caesar salad. Both were delicious! Good wine and liquor selections too! The two working behind the bar were very nice and attentive! A lot of restaurants would turn you away this close to their closing time, but NOT Benchmark! Go! You will not be disappointed!

Benchmark is consistently good, but we had an exceptional experience on a busy Saturday evening celebrating an anniversary! Service was great, orders came quick and food was delish. My favorite this visit was the French Dip.

Wife and I went on a recent Saturday night, the it was excellent. The food, drinks, and service were all top notch. Highly recommended. We had the Becky shrimp, duck tacos, Kabayaki Poisson, duck grits, and bread pudding. All fantastic. Wine and cocktail selection was great.
Food was not worth the Price, and Servers are RUDE and need a lil training on privacy. It’s nobody’s business how someone is paying for their food as long as it’s PAID for!!

I had a great keal at Benchmark. I had the NY Strip Frites. It was cooked perfect and had an excellent flavor. Service was great as was the entire visit.
When they change their menu, they took off a lot of good food. My opinion it's not much of a selection three of us eight there Had a pasta it was delicious but about five bits it was gone The bread pudding was good and the bill was a hundred and thirty five

Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! Ask for Chase for superb service. I can’t get enough of this place. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I’m world traveled and a foodie, and this place is in my top 3 for cuisine and an ambiance to match it.

This place is too good to be in Texarkana. Don't be fooled by is low key location. Once you walk inside it looks, feels and operates like a high end steakhouse. We came from out of town and I ate here 3 nights in a row with a whole group of people. Kailyn is the best server I've had anywhere in a long time. She is sweet, hospitable and has a great sense of humor. We already told management this, but she def needs a raise or promotion and the right to have first cut whenever she wants. I had the Becky Bang Shrimp, Plateu De Fromage (cheese and cracker plate), bone marrow and the Cowboy Filet and Blondie desert. I really hate to say the shrimp was my favorite because I don't really like seafood but the flavor was so good. The filet was amazing and you really don't even need a steak knife to cut it because it's so tender. We ordered probably 10 steaks over the course of 3 days and they were all cooked as ordered. When i was younger i worked in fine dining and dont give positive reviews often, because I have higher expectations than most but this place deserves more recognition and I will be back. 5 stars for the taste of our food, 5 stars for the customer service, 1 star for the hair on my bread not only once but twice, when I mentioned this issue to the waitress she apologized immediately.
