I would have to say by far in my 20+ years as a chef in Florida, this had to be the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had hands-down. From the presentation standpoint beautiful, Now the flavor standpoint out of this world. The shrimp seasoned and cooked perfectly, The grits were creamy full of flavor even topped with sausage, onions and peppers with a remoulade sauce absolutely to die for. Definitely going to have to make a return trip and try something else, I just absolutely love finding these little hole in the wall mom and pop restaurants.“
