“I had the chicken and waffles everything was hot and fresh, the taste was exceptional the only draw back was that the waffles were over beaten (the batter) when you over beat your batter they tend to come out tough not light and fluffy. Jus’wish they wouldn’t beat the batter so much??“

“Great place to stop at 3 in the morning for some good breakfast. The staff was really helpful and the food was cooked well. I ordered the all-star breakfast with orange juice and it really helped me to the hotel. Will definitely be back for more good food and great customer service.“

“First time visiting this location. Formerly visited the KC location near us. Food was better than KC and service was better. Would suggest retraining the hostesses. Not very welcoming. Other than that we were very pleased. Crepes were wonderful and the hash browns spot on. We will be back!“

“Food is on point, fast, filling, affordable, and delicious! Kudos to the cook who danced to Whitney Houston but is too young to have known her raw talent (lol)!
One server was grumpy granny with poor customer service skills unfit for the pleasant eating experience of Waffle House. The fumes from her box bleached hair and toxicity from her faded sleeve tattoos must have impacted her emotional intelligence skills and ability to related to others. In addition to her poor attitude she spent more of her time talking instead of serving customers.
Her colleagues, Jennifer and Chris, were extremely attentive, sweet, and demonstrated their commitment to quality customer service, with a smile!
Recommend the regional manager who has oversight of the 1986 Airline Dr location, seriously consider if retaining this rancid, bad Apple is the type of representation needed for the Waffle House brand.
