“Hope wasn't very friendly. I ordered a water no ice. My husband said Hope Hope. Then she turned around and brought back a water with ice and a Pepsi. Hope thot my husband said Coke. Then she had attitude when i told told her water no ice. Wasn't very attentive. She seems like she is to big of hurry.“

“This Waffle House by far is the friendliest most well run Waffle House I have ever been to! The waitresses welcomed everyone that came through the door, most they knew by name! You could tell they had regular or everyday customers as they called them by name and usually knew what they wanted, but always asked! I can tell you that next time I'm ready for a quick morning bite, I'll be sure to visit this facility near Pines Road in Shreveport!“

“Miss Terry delivered phenomenal customer service to myself. Not only was she on top of her basic duties as a waitress but she did the following:
- Asked about my day and made conversation with me such as “are you heading to work”
- Informed me of a new coffee treat that she deduced I would be interested in
- Brought some extra caramel for my coffee treat to help touch it on
She didn’t have to do all this but she did. I always appreciate this kind of tender care from service workers. Thank you iHOP for employing people like Miss Terry! She’s a keeper!“
