Place was really messy behind the counter and I understand they're busy, but to sit down and have to see food, and dishes all over the floor makes you wonder about the food. Service was good though. Food came out fast and hot. Eggs, so so...overall not bad. I probably would go back.
I have been a customer at Waffle House for many years.. However, the one located on North Market, Shreveport Louisiana needs to be a lot cleaner and more professional..I began eating at the Waffle house located on Monkhouse many years ago..I don't think they should handle money and food at the same time..I've seen a change in SERVICE... But the main cook...He's awesome

Man... It's alright but they don't have anyone young working the early morning shift and that affects the quality of service significantly.There's one old lady who's slower than sin who constantly coughs into the food and cannot handle any type of food modification (I asked if she could have the cook break my yolks on my over easy eggs one time and she froze until I said never mind), then EVERYONE is just impressively bad at refilling waters.
