I love this store. The best!!!
Not even sure where to start, there’s so much to recommend at Bergeron’s. I stop in frequently to grab one of their pre-made salads from the cooler. Despite being a bit pricey, the food is fresh, delicious, and worth the visit. The casual atmosphere with great service makes it a gem for locals and visitors alike. From Boudin Balls to smoked chicken, their variety of meats and friendly staff make it a must-visit spot for those seeking an authentic Cajun experience. The boudin balls are highly recommended, and some visitors like to pick up marinated skirt steak or try different flavors of king cakes, especially during the festive season. The store has an old country vibe with a butcher’s touch, located next to an auto sales lot with limited parking. Overall, it is a popular spot for fresh meats, flavorful prepared foods, and a genuine Cajun experience.
