Have been here about 8 times now and it’s exceeded my expectation once. Other 7 times there is always something wrong. No vegetables ready, ran out of steak, steak is fatty, ran out of chips, foods cold, poor customer service and last night was the last time we go to Chipotle. 3 people, 2 bowls, 1 salad, 1 large Queso, 2 medium drinks and 1 small drink $62. My son’s rice portion in his bowl was extremely small. Asked the manager if that looks like $20 worth of food and she told me if I want more rice I need to ask for an extra scoop. BTW I’ve never got this small of amount of rice before. Most of the time they probably give little extra. Bit my tongue and told her okay. Little does she know (and I know she doesn’t care) me and my family won’t be back. It’s good food and really wanted to like it but just can’t keep going. Fine with high prices if the food is good and there is consistency. I read through some of the other reviews and a lot of the same complaints. Nickels worth of advice Chipotle, I’d keep an eye on your Texarkana location.

Please cook pinto beans long enough to be tender instead of crunchy. Always out of something, today it was guacamole. There is no excuse, there is a Sam's Club and a grocery store very close. We spent about $27.00 and I threw out most of my veggie bowl. Sad.
First time trying and wasn't blown away, food decent but the staff wasn't friendly at all. May try again but doubtful!
