I go all the time and usually leave a good tip for them to split but today I watched the lady cashiering and she was being so rude to the people in front of me. it pissed me off. the customer service is usually excellent tho.
I lost one of my favorite restaurants tonight. After adding a tip to my order ahead of time and even rounding up for their charity, the staff was willing to argue with me about what I ordered through my app. It's fine, but if I visit another Chipotle it won't be here and Texarkana.

Please cook pinto beans long enough to be tender instead of crunchy. Always out of something, today it was guacamole. There is no excuse, there is a Sam's Club and a grocery store very close. We spent about $27.00 and I threw out most of my veggie bowl. Sad.
