About Starbucks

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers. The store is often praised for being clean and well-maintained, with a lot of window area that allows natural light and outdoor views. Inside, seating includes hard chairs, making it a suitable spot to relax. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, providing quick service whether inside or through the drive-thru. Many reviews highlight the efficiency of the service, with orders coming out fast and the option to use the mobile app for easy ordering and payment, especially for those who dislike talking to staff. The location is situated in a large shopping center with plenty of parking, although reaching it from I-30 can involve a twisting, circuitous drive.

Customers appreciate the quality of the drinks and food, with some mentioning specific favorites like the Caramel Matcha Cookie drink. While the prices are considered a bit high, the treats are seen as worth it for occasional indulgence. Some reviews note occasional issues with lobby hours, as the store sometimes closes the lobby for staff meetings despite advertising being open, which can be frustrating for travelers needing both coffee and restroom facilities. Overall, Starbucks provides a consistently good experience with friendly staff, good service, and a cozy atmosphere.
