As a Manager from a separate district, I may not know their procedures. However, we are the visual image of perfect customer service and store image. Upon eating my pizza, the sauce seemed to be lackluster. As if I ordered light sauce. I did not. I pointed out some Cheese overlap on the very edge of the crust to who I ASSUME is their General manager, and he did not seem to take accountability, or ask if I wanted it remade.
