First time placing my order online here. Went to the " online orders " sign, asked about my order. Told a girl my name and she replied " no orders by that name ". I told her it was made online, the other girl replied it was on the shelf. I said thanks and got my order and left. I just thought since they just prepared my order they might know my name. Next time I know just to look on the shelf.

Came to lunch to support Firehouse sub in Texakana and experienced the rudest cashier ever! Don’t come here if your expecting good customer service! ! Way to show your appreciation to firefighter for all they do!

Sooo good, like I seriously had thought no one could accomplish making a veggie sandwich that was as delicious as one with meat but Firehouse Subs did it! This was first time ever trying a sub sandwich from Firehouse and it was by far better than the veggie sandwich at Subway. I customized it to my liking unsure of the outcome but my taste buds were very pleasantly surprised.

I got nothing but good things to say about this establishment the sandwiches are awesome but just let you know if you order the large sub you better be hungry because that will fill you up like crazy I get the club on a sub highly recommended but with no cheese cuz I don't like cheese besides that I have no complaints we always take out never eaten there so the vibe that I get when we pick up seems real nice inside there that's why I give it to five stars service food very nice people that work there I'm from San Antonio and I never gotten Firehouse from San Antonio only here in Texarkana these people the servers are very nice and that's all I got to say about this place I highly recommend it

First time I have ever been to one It was good it was not what I expected though I was thinking cold subs I like cold subs but don't get me wrong it was good and if you like a nice warm sub that is the place to go The people were very friendly the food was really good I had no complaints
