Best Subs in Texarkana hands down. I had the Cajun, it was amazing. My husband had the Hero and he really enjoyed it. I really like the fact that they promote our first responders. The mural is super cute and funny. You have to see it to understand that statement.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. They messed up both sandwiches! I ordered the firehouse steak and cheese, as well as the Italian and that is not what I received at all! The steak and cheese has lettuce tomato onion when that doesn’t even come on it! The Italian didn’t have lettuce or onion on there. The staff were all just playing around and clearly not paying attention to what they were doing. Then, when I called to tell them about this colossal mistake, the “shift lead” told me she spoke to her workers and they said they didn’t put lettuce, tomato, onion on the steak and cheese. There isn’t even any cheese on this!!! Well, here’s your proof that whoever said that is a liar. Not only that, I wanted the Cajun seasoning on it and didn’t receive it. The “shift lead” clearly doesn’t know what she is doing either because she had a hard time even ringing up my order. I have worked at a firehouse in the past and it’s very hard to make this big of a mistake unless you are TRULY not paying attention to what you’re doing.

I love the staff at Firehouse Subs in Texarkana. They are so friendly and always recognize and call me out when I walk in the door. They are professional and always get my order out to me fast. The food is always hot and delicious. My favorite place for lunch.

My wife had placed an order for herself and one for me. I picked up my order, but didn't realize I was also supposed to pick one up for her as well. The manager called to ask about her order, but we didn't realize the mistake, so they threw the order away. Later we figured out that I was supposed to have picked up 2 orders. Alexis (the manager) allowed me to come back and fix a new order.

I am so glad that I came back to Firehouses Subs. They are very professional and curtious. I loved their Italian sub and my husband loved the steak. The sore is very clean
