Food is absolutely disgusting. My first time trying this place. The rice was SO hard that it hurt to even chew. It tasted like it had been cooked several days prior and heated in the microwave. Way overpriced for what you get!! Stay away from this place!!!! The portions and flavor is way better at osakas!!! I wouldn’t feed this to my dogs!

OMG the service was garbage, brought drinks then walked away. Drinks took 20 minutes to get, the. Didn't ask if we wanted anything no salad are soup, day time crew is better! Night crew sucks it wasn't even busy, 5 tables at most! Food is good! But the young girl we had as a server SUCKED HARDCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate to do this but Jeers to Fuji Kim ? This has a been a place me and my family had eaten at for years and also the first place I’ve ever even tried sushi! I have travelled across the U.S and had sushi cuisine everywhere and in my OPINION it has never been able to hold a candle to what Fujis could do. With tbs I hate to jeer them but I’ve complained and gave it time and the food hasn’t changed so maybe Fuji Kim's seeing this will help them understand they still have a loyal and dedicated customer base trying to give them feedback before it’s too late.The food has been wayyyy too ? salty! & I don’t mean it in a way that it’s unnoticeable. The miso, chicken soup, house dressing, crab vegetable bake that goes on the Amie Roll, The galbi, and fried rice. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN TOO SALTY FOR MONTHS. I’ve complained and everybody keeps saying they’re going to tell Andy. Well Andy please hear me out when I say your business is starting to go downhill. Your business has always been a place I can go to and “leave Texarkana” but from the salt to the quality and temperature of the fish in the sushi to how they’ve been presented lately is subpar and I know for a fact just like all the citizens of Texarkana that you guys are BETTER THAN THAT! Let’s repair and go back to normal please. Give the chef a cooking lesson or too something has to change BACK. IMMEDIATELY!I wouldn’t say anything I’d this was another McDonalds or KFC but everything I come in I spend $100s+ and each time the quality has gotten more poor. I say this with full confidence, this is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life. My girlfriend and I went here for dinner and this place was unequivocally a disappointment. We ordered the Bulgogi, spicy tuna rolls, and Galbi that accompanied by fried rice and salad with their own in-house dressing. The meat was overcooked and lathered in a bed of oil just purely disgusting. The sushi roll was lazily put together and had a vile gummy texture. The fried rice was the worst part of the meal, it tasted as if it was heated in a microwave for way too long, just very hard and dry. As for the salad it was nothing to rave over. The in-house dressing was the only thing that saved it. It had a nice sweet and creamy flavor. I was very unhappy with my visit, but kudos to the waitress that worked our table she was timely but most importantly attentive. People reading this review should do to this restaurant what one of their customers should’ve did in the restroom, flush it down the toilet.

The service was fantastic but the sushi not so much for the price the rolls could had more flavor of what you ordered on top of the size of the rolls. Everything else was great the salad and the soup but would not go again sorry.

Got the lunch special 2 sushi rolls for 12 bucks. Outstanding value! I left full and satisfied for a great deal. Server was efficient and attentive. Atmosphere is what you'd expect with the sleepy meditation music. Definitely a great spot for lunch.
