Great food and great place to take someone too.
Fast service and great atmosphere. I highly recommend it as a place to eat on a Saturday night
Service was excellent the server was knowledgeable about the food and drinks. We got 4 rolls, 2 kinds of sake, soup, and salad. Definitely best sushi in Texarkana! Only criticism I have is the house dressing needs more ginger.
Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Our server was amazing and it was like eating back in our home state. Loved it!

Fuji Kim's Sushi & Grill is a favorite place to eat in Texarkana, offering Japanese and Korean dishes. The food and service are always perfect, with delicious options like sushi, ton kotsu, fried rice, and Korean dishes. The sushi rolls taste better than they look, and the spicy tuna is actually spicy and very well flavored. Almost all items come with miso or chicken clear soup and that wonderful salad with ginger dressing. The service is top notch, very fast, and always great. Prices are higher on the average side but very affordable. The same owner has provided awesome service for many years. The sushi house is the best in town, with food that is to die for. Whether for a family birthday dinner with over 17 people or a regular visit, the service is amazing, and everything is wonderful.
