It's been around 11 years since I've tried their coffee. Well, since my fiancé and I were at Books-a-Million, I figured I would try it again. There was only one woman making coffees and checking people out (even from the bookstore side). THAT I was understanding of, but I had been standing there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. She was catching up on orders which, again, I understand. I don't even think she looked at me once. One dude came in and sat down, apparently he was waiting to punch in and they started talking. Next thing I know, she goes and gets customers from the bookstore side who then end up cutting in front of me. Again, I'm not even acknowledged. Needless to aay, i feel freaking invisible! I gave up and left after that.
