Maybe my review will actually go through this way, but everything time I order ranch with my meal I have very rarely actually gotten it, I shouldn't have this happen so often and the app won't let me write feedback which I've tried many times.

I went in for a late breakfast this morning, 12/09/25, and I was treated with a huge friendly smile by a woman, i think she was the manager. I wish I had gotten her name. She did not have to brighten my day with her friendly greeting and smile, but she did. And the store was very clean too.

Think I’ve finally learned my lesson NEVER to stop here for a quick bite to eat, ever again. I pull up to the drive through window and order a large spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal with a MOCHA frappe, and extra ketchup. Firstly, the older lady working the register seemed to be irritated by the other lady working the intercom taking the orders and her inability to send an order back to the pos system in a timely fashion. Due to this I repeat my order back to the lady working the register. So now, both of these ladies have been informed of my order. I pull up to the window to receive said order, only for them to once again, forget the ketchup (as they love to do at this location). They ask me to pull up as I’m now waiting on my frappe. A younger lady comes out with my frappe, except it’s a caramel frappe and not the mocha I had asked for both of which employees forgot to give me a straw to DRINK said frappe. Once I get to my destination and I start digging in the bag, instead of the LARGE fry that came with my meal I was given a small… go figure. I open my “spicy deluxe” only to discover they had given me a regular deluxe. Not a SINGLE aspect of my order came out correct. This seems to be a reoccurring event at this location, except today I’m officially fed up. This place more than deserves to be shut down, at the VERY least they need to clean house and get their current, incompetent staff out of there.

My Dad was in the hospital, My husband & I stopped. Had a great burger, even tho it was a special order (My dad & I are picky about having our meat well done) it was amazing. In fact so AMAZING had to run out for Him another burger. The next night I got us one, same OMG was it delicious 😋. I even stopped for 1 to take home. My only mistake was NOT GETTING 3. We had the quarterpounders with cheese. My Dad likes very light mustard on his burgers, they gave him light mustard with happy faces, so sweet. A pick me up in the hospital!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The person taking my order seemed to be in a bad mood from the start—he rushed me, barely let me finish speaking, and gave me the total before I was even done ordering. It felt like I was being pushed out rather than helped. The whole interaction left a bad impression. If you’re working with customers, attitude and patience matter. Hopefully management addresses this, because it made me not want to come back.

The McDonald's was a normal McDonald's atmosphere, the service was average. But for a McDonald's with a play place why don't you have a diaper change station in either bathrooms.
