It's a McDonald's, stopped to get my grandson chicken nuggets happy meal most places will let ya swap the apple slices for extra fries but they wanted to charge .

I came here to get food on two different occasions and they forgot something both times. I called to see if I could be issued a refund and had to leave a message. Well no one called me back. This location does not have it all together, and they’re slow. I’ll drive to a different one from now on.

They never put any effort in the food I ask for pickles on my burger and they give me one pickle and I asked for a ketchup and pickles only and they disregarded everything I said and put everything on it.

It was my fault, that's why I gave the service 5 stars. I had ordered on the app. The app said they were closing soon, which was about an hour before they actually closed when I had got my order in but they shut off mobile orders an hour before. But the app never told me that. The lady was very nice about it and I received my refund when she said I would, when she had shut her drawer for the night and zeroed out her register. Even though I couldn't get my food I ordered from the app, we were still able to order through the speaker and get our food that way. We drove through so we didn't get to experience much of the atmosphere.Parking: Parking is on both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: They offer kid meals and big kid meals with a toy in each.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking, wheelchair accessible sidewalk, as well as wheelchair bathroom stall.
Used app and ordered the buy a sundae get one 1/2 price . Saved the caramel one to add to my morning coffee . Tasted

Best McDonald's in town and this is the only one I go to now since I've had such terrible experiences at the other ones friendly management wonderful and family oriented the best they take your points if you have them the inside experience is clean fresh french fries refresh hot ready to go people served it to you with a smile best McDonald's in Texarkana hands down
