I ordered the steak special, an 8 ounce filet mignon with blue crab sauce. This is a frozen patty with painted on grill marks and they layered it with cold sauce. There were multiple cuts into the meat, where the chef checked its readiness. The first bite was good, but subsequent bites, made it clear they had poured the cold crab sauce on afterward, resulting in an almost immediate temperature drop that ruined the meal.
