Please fix (clean!!!!) the ice cream machine. It’s been months.

Three times I have ordered here looking to get their new milkshake to try. All three times they said their machine was broken and did not know when it was going to be fixed. Great way to advertise something you can’t even sell/make! Oh there is also a big wasp nest at the window.

I order a crispy chicken deluxe and I opened it was a cheese burger in there. I was too far to turn back around. Because I would brought it back.

I'm an older, not one thing was right. 104 biscuits only got 3 and even they were incorrect every one of them. They're stabbed for us to busy talking to amongst themselves. They were there, just yeah, play and talk to each other. No money was working

If I could rate this McDonald's a zero I would. The service is awful. Set in the drive through for 30 minutes . The food was cold and very salty. The frys weren't cooked. I've been to 48 states and every province in Canada. This place is by far the worst place I've ever stopped at. As of today I will never stop at any McDonald's anywhere....
Why is their frappe & ice cream machine always broken??? Get someone to fix it. Also McDonald's prices are wayyyy too high for what they're serving. $11 for a ten piece nugget meal? Outrageous... I can get 10 street tacos for $10 in Texarkana and that serves 2-3 people. Also, the employees here are awful, they're rude and talk to you like they hate you for making them to do their job (at least the ones I get working the drive thru).

Aye man… I don’t eat McDonalds often cause I’m kinda fit right, but this one at the time I was there, the Manager told us the ice cream machine down so don’t ask. The kiosk in the middle wouldn’t let me pay right there so now I’m waiting 10 minutes just to pay for my order. My fries were old and hard and no salt. My three double cheeseburgers were smashed together or something.. idk man. My first time here, I hope it’s not this way everyday

Took 30 minutes to get 4 burger patties with cheese. Then the manager tells me I ordered the burger patties wrong and that's why it took so long. I asked how do I order four burger patties wrong. She then walks away and starts complaining about how she's not going to argue with me over ordering the burger patties and that customers always think they're right..
Poorly managed and half the employees are standing around talking.. leaving one lady trying to do everything while they talk!
