I had placed a mobile order for my husband and I and we’re truckers so my husband went inside to pick up our order and had got back to the truck and I started taking our food out of the bag and the Frys looked like they been sitting for a really long time so my husband went back in to ask if we can get so fresh fry’s and they said ok it will be a couple of minutes so he came out and cleaned our windows on our truck then went back in to get the fry’s and i pulled them out of the bag and they still looked like the same ones all brown from sitting to long and im not talking about brown from being burnt.. i used to work in the fast food industry in the past so i know what’s up… its sad that i cant even get a refund i definitely don’t recommend this place cause these people don’t care about our health if they can’t even do the job right.. working in the fast food industry is something you gotta take seriously cause your putting people’s health at risk everytime you don’t cook the food properly it can cause people to get sick with food poisoning and so on.. This store needs to do a little more training with their employees..

The burgers were too salty and hardly had any sauce. The service was slow and rude. They have the coisk to make things faster problem being there wasn't anyone at the register for almost 30 minutes for those paying cash. Then when she did get there she was rude. Wouldn't recommend this Mc Donald's at all. Drive a few miles down the road to New Boston. They have the best McDonalds. Great service and fresh food every time.

Tried to charge 69 cents for a cup of water with a food order... threw credit card in the greasy bag, good thing it didn't get thrown away.

Automated is fine. But then no reciept. Then the lady can't print the reciept..... so how am I suppose to know my order number. Plus turn the reciept in on taxes for work. 30 minutes later my meal is made. No soda machine and my pop was made when my order was made what a wonderful 30 minutes soda. Pie was 30 mins past time on box. But I liked the crunchy Ness. Won't come back here again.

Old chicken patties. 20 minutes wait time. Smelled poor. spent almost $7 dollars on a spcy dlx ckn burger with just ckn, hb-sauce and Jpno. another $7 on hot n spcy ckn brgr with really old ckn tasted cold and hard on edges.

It's been a while since I went through a drive thru and received excellent customer service at McDonald's, especially from a young adult. Sauna (I think that's her name) greeted us and said thank you. Most of the young adults today do not have customer service skills. Sauna, thank you for your service today.
