Best home cooked food of any restaurant in Texarkana. ive tried 80% atleast of the restaurants in Texarkana. Mr.Arnold is a true chef and can cook any type of dish. From home cooked soul food, comfort food, BBQ, he has his own sauce that should be bottled and sold. Steaks , seafood whatever he puts on the menu is incredibly well done.
