My experience here was terrible. The worst PP in Texarkana. I visited this potato patch because it was closest to my job. The ladies there were unprofessional and lack basic comprehension skills. Upon entry, the two girls were leaning over the counter and on their phones. We approached them and placed another other order while also asking them to split the previous order that had already been placed over the phone. Chloe proceeds to get on the phone (during our transaction) and asks us to repeat ourselves. After explaining to Chloe that we wanted separate orders (3x) she finally gets this done. The other associate finally brings our third order and we pay for this as well, it wasn't until we got back to work when we realized that order three was missing the meat. We called back and the girls did not offer a solution.

That bubble tea listen hear baebay this second to none is the way the little Bubba bursting your mouth for me, and that strawberry pineapple tea was so good even my little six-year-old daughter enjoyed it I mean that tea was scrumptious. It didn’t miss a beat on anything not the chillness not the taste not the bubbles in it. It was just a perfect blend of happiness. I would suggest for anybody yourself, your children, your grandparents, your mom, your dad, you better get them and go take them because Eden bubble tea is not playing whoever came up with this bubble tea whoever your genius thank you so very much we love itand the young lady was super nice. I can’t even remember her name right now, but it was so unique thank you young lady. I really appreciate you.

Extremely rude. I love Eden bubble tea and potato patch, but the location in the mall is god awful. Slow and rude, and they always catch an attitude over everything.

Haven't tried their food, only their drinks. Decorated in a very fun way, with colored straws and lots of art/drawings. They even have a cotton candy machine. The drinks are quite sweet for my personal taste, but this is a great place for kids. Very friendly staff, too.

When you cut open a potato you can see the rot spots before you ever put a thing on it!!!!!!!! WHY did I get a rotten potato? DONE with this place!! $10 in the trash!! Last 2 times I asked for no chives - got chives both time!!! Over it!! Good luck but you’ve lost my business!!!!!!

Location is very close to me but yet potato showed up cold cheese on top not even melted yet so I know it wasn't a Doordash problem. Called to correct no answer.

I had a bad experience last time, but the girl there this time was so very sweet, and fixed the issue and was very helpful to the kids choosing flavors. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Won’t be bake to this place the woman with the eyebrow piercing was rude as ever. Ordered my 7 year old a ham and cheese sub. She had to defrost ham in the oven to make the sub then we got his sandwich it had little pieces of tiny chopped ham you would see in a salad and shredded cheese. For 9$ we expect regular ham and cheese. Then when we got to the table his ham was still frozen with ice on it. When I took it back for a refund and told her that she argued with me the ham wasn’t frozen and that I needed to be more specific when ordering. I’m sorry I didn’t know people ate frozen ham sandwiches.
