This placed charged my bank account one month later for $35. My original order was less than $10. Called the GM and all they had to say was dispute it with your bank which can take a long time. Turns out dozens of other people had the same thing happen on the same day. I will be reporting to the BBB. This is theft.

Every time I go here it takes forever. I just pulled up. There’s one other car there. I ordered a small Coke. That’s it. 13 minutes. That’s what it took to be brought out.

The reason for a bad review is. Because when we got there one of the employees that night got into it with someone outside and it was argument with someone we waited 12 minutes for only two items with barley anyone in the parking lot

This location has went downhill. Every time we visit, the wait is long. This time was the worse. 25 minutes with only a few cars… like three including mine. AND they brought my food cold AND soggy. The cheese was white! The drinks are always brought out with very little ice. What’s even worse… they knew they were bringing it out really late, it obviously sat on the counter a while, because she apologized for it taking so long! The lady next to me had to drive around to another stall and call them back to bring out condiments they were supposed to get and never brought. At this point there are two cars mine and hers.
This is the second and last time I'll visit. Ordered three sonic blasts for 20 dollars and got three cups of soft serve. The only additions was barley sprinkled on top and none inside the blast. Apparently the staff doesn't know how to mix them up at all.
