I ordered the 5pc chicken tenders meal I don't know if someone forgot they were just getting ready to close or they just didn't pay attention anyway I have dentures so I thought I could eat it.i tried really hard but I just couldn't eat it. I don't know what is going on there but this is the last 3 times we Have ordered

Stay far far away! Takes 20+ minutes to get a drink and oh let’s talk about the attitudes from the employees. Ride, hateful and NOT friendly! Not sure what happened to this Sonic but the owner and upper management need to clean house. Ready for RaceTrac to open and will never come again.

I ordered a single drink and waited over 20 minutes. Several times during my wait I tried to press the speaker button or get someone's attention to ask how long it would be and was ignored the whole time. They brought my drink in the wrong size claiming they don't make that drink in a large despite the fact I ordered it straight from their app. When they finally brought it to me in the right size after almost half an hour of waiting, they acted as though they had done some big favor by giving me what I had already paid for. Being short handed is one thing but it is no excuse to completely ignore a customer. I genuinely wouldn't have minded the wait if even one person had acknowledged me or treated me like I wasn't an inconvenience

Sat for 30 minutes at 7:00 on a dead night waiting for food. Pulled into 3 stalls before finding one that worked. If I hadn't already paid I would have left.
Edit, got home and received wrong slush and 5 cheeseburgers plain were had everything on it.

So, it's a sonic. You're going to pull up to a screen that will be broken, the card reader won't work, the speaker sounds like it was being used in a 1950s diner, and there aren't enough staff.
That said, the people are nice, the food is decent fast food, but the drink & ice cream shakes are the best reason to visit. So, go on a discount day or happy hour & be prepared to visit the 50s for a drink and a large selection of fast food.

1-10$ my ass place is disgustingly trashy, poor girl couldn't figure out which orders went where (I don't blame her), place needs a needs a new owner who knows how to help train folks. PS. Half the damn order screens don't work had to back up twice to find a red button that worked.
