They make the best food at any taco bell location in Texarkana but the woman working the drive through window is the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of having to talk to. I'm going to keep coming for the tacos but that woman needs to be prayed over and a serious attitude adjustment. She is obviously very miserable and hates her life and it shows.

At almost 2:30 in the morning I DoorDashed from this specific Taco Bell. The dasher called to inform me that my order would have to be cancelled because they had no Beef. (If anyone knows it could take days to be refunded money) I decided to call the store to see what could be done. I spoke with a lady by the name of Keisha. She was so polite and so understanding. (My sister in law is in the hospital from having a hysterectomy yesterday morning and just got the okay to eat solids)...

Service was fast and friendly. I was waiting behind people ordering at the kiosk. A lady behind the counter finished what she was doing and asked to help me.
I didn't have time to get set down before the order was ready. I didn't see the condiment station and assumed you had to ask, so I did. A young man smiled and in a friendly manner came around the counter and helped me. I felt silly but he was very nice.
This is the one on St. Michael Drive.
