Very impressed with the service here and not just because of the robot server. This place is very well attended by the staff. The food was delicious. I will admit the gumbo was thicker than what I'm used to and not as soupy but great flavor with lots of shrimp, chicken and sausage. I also had the fried fish on a bed of fries. Not kidding an entire basket of fries with about 5-6 fish filets. Very good value. The bar also looked very nice from where I sat. Awesome atmosphere.

I’ve been here before never had a problem with the boiled shrimp, I decided I wanted to try some crawfish. The service was good but when I got the crawfish it’s had a bad taste and old taste, I told the waitress and the manager came to the table I was telling her how they tasted bad. She got an attitude saying she can’t get them remade or take it off my bill. I would’ve been okay if they would’ve just remade them but she couldn’t even do that and I only ate 3 out of the 3 pounds I ordered. So I collected my things and paid my $45.41 tab. I probably won’t come back again and paid money for something I couldn’t enjoy.

We came to eat and ordered $60 Combo #2 Lemon Pepper & it came out like boiled shrimp no flavor. We asked the owner to just add more Lemon Pepper & they told us No take it or leave ...So we left no customer service & bad management so sad..for Texas City!!

Very Disappointed. Flavor was disgusting. Wings are trash. Spice level was WEAK. Flavor for the spicy korean and lemon pepper was a disappointment to my taste buds. I asked to send them back and they refused to not offer a different flavor or a refund. Will not be coming back. Actual service was decent. Overall very dissatisfied and will not put another dime to the institution.

One of the waiters tried being a homewrecker and tried to flirt with my man by giving him extra food and saying he looked nice. Idk her name or what she looked like , but i do not appreciate it. Next time my man, Ami José Morales goes to that restaurant i want a male waiter. Please and thank you.

I'm very hesitant on eating seafood that I did not catch but our food was absolutely delicious. 1 full lobster, 1lb Dungeness, 1lb Snow, 4 corn, 4 eggs, 6 sausage, Cajun fries, Calamari, 2 drinks, & 12oz of butter was about $150 and it was worth it. I will definitely be back.
