Grand Prize Barbeque Reviews
Spend 70 dollars on take out for lunch . After trying the brisket and link platter I had to go get COVID tested . I thought I had lost my sense of taste but it was the food. From the potato salad to the the beans , it’s like they cooked it in a dish washer and used salt as detergent . I don’t recommend this place although the staff was cool
one of the best bbq I've ever had will definitely be going back whenever we come through again

Grand Prize Barbeque offers a variety of BBQ options, with some mixed reviews. The restaurant provides quick service and delicious sweet tea, while the catfish plate has been described as tough and not fresh, with dry boudin balls. However, the brisket and pork ribs on the 2 meat plate are highly recommended, especially during the busy lunch rush when everything is served hot. The cheese burger and cowboy burger have also received praise, with the BBQ sauce adding a tasty touch. The sides like Mac and cheese and jambalaya are considered generic but edible. The portions are massive, and the house BBQ sauce complements the tender and moist brisket. Customers enjoy the jambalaya rice and pinto beans, which have just enough spice. Overall, Grand Prize Barbeque offers good BBQ options for those looking for a quick and satisfying meal, with a nice variety on the menu and friendly customer service.
