Went in around 4pm because we just wanted donuts. Not going to lie I was really expecting a limited supply since they close in a couple hours but we were pleasantly shocked. They had tons of donuts/pastries left that seemed like they werent too old. The lady working was very sweet and had a smile. Paid $8 for a dozen iced (variety) donuts but a dozen of regular glazed was only $7 so very reasonably priced. Not to mention shipley donuts are the best.
These negative reviews are ridiculous. Absolute best glazed donut on the planet is sold here. They're fast always nice and of course freshest early in the morning. Kolaches are really good but not great in my opinion.

My favorite place, they put the cream and sugar in your coffee for you. We don't have a Shipley's near us so when I do get some, it brings fond memories of my family and childhood.
