I’m not really a donut person but I’m slightly addicted to the “kolaches” (non-traditional) that these guys make. Get the large kolache here, any flavor, and you won’t be disappointed! Best in town in my opinion. Also, the staff is always really friendly. 😊
Just happened to stop by this place on a whim on the way fishing at the Texas city dike. Some of the best doughnuts, and the selection on the bake goods is amazing. From sausage cheese kolaches to fresh croissants, boudin kolaches etc. I suggest you stop by on your way fishing, or if you're in the area. Super friendly service.....
I've been to a lot of donut shops in the Santa Fe, Texas City, Dickinson, League City area, but this one is the best. The kolaches are soft, well-sized, and seem to be made of quality ingredients. The donuts have the perfect balance of density and sweetness. Everything is very fresh. And the store and restrooms are clean. Definitely worth a stop!
