We dined in after church this afternoon, Sim was our server. He was on top of everything, even with multiple tables. Definitely will be coming after church and ask for Sim.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of having Marcus as your server, you are missing out! Marcus was friendly, attentive and had great food suggestions! My aunt ended up going with his suggestion of customizing quesadillas by adding ribeye steak, onions and cilantro with BBQ ranch on the side. Wow, so delicious! I went with the pastor bowl and all the flavors played so well with each other. Visit the TC Gringos soon and ask for Marcus. You won’t be disappointed!
