Horrible customer service I received hard well done pizzas 3 in total 1 was great. I called and was left on hold after I talked to 2 different people the manger wouldn’t come to phone was on hold for 15 mins I drove over there with the pizzas uneaten and asked for a remake the workers were very rude to me I told them I was the one that they left on the phone and she rolled her eyes at me and went to the back to tell manager manger still hasn’t addressed the problem wouldn’t come from the back to talk to me was relaying it to her workers and so when they refused to make one of the pizzas I asked for the managers name and the worker looked at me and said I ain’t giving you her name..all I wanted was the pizzas remade even brought the pizzas back to them and that was how I was treated horrible horrible..I work for McDonald’s I get it but horrible manager and customer service..shame on lil ceasars and the managers that are training the workers horrible I will never go to this location

I ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered. Two of the pizzas were burned. The delivery girl didn't even bother to knock or ring the bell. She just dropped all of the pizzas and the 2 liter on the ground in the rain and left.
Love the pizza. Don't like the homeless people always outside begging for money.

It’s sad to say but if you want to place an order you’re better off coming in to the store and placing it in person. Unless it’s the morning staff that is always on top of everything these afternoon and evening folks obviously don’t care to do their job. I’m literally staring at an empty little Caesar’s while calling the phone and they’re not even walking towards the phone. Sometimes I don’t have the luxury to sit here and wait patiently , sometimes I’m very busy and I’d love to just place an order over the phone and get here to pay and pick up the pizza and go but unfortunately these new folks don’t care to even look at the phone so don’t waste your time calling. Been calling for half an hour before I was able to actually get here assuming that they were packed trying to be understanding but now that I’m here watching them ignore my phone calls is just not it. Get it together.
This location has rude employees, they don’t answer the phone. Just let it ring I called while I was inside the store to see if they’d answer NOBODY DID.
