Placed an order the delivery driver said he handed me my food which I never received so then I call this place and the lady hangs up on me after asking for a manager never order from here

Waited on food for an hour and a half for two pizzas if your in the tc area dominoes and lil ceasers is the better choice never getting Pizza Hut again.!!!!!

We waited 3 hours for an order they kept saying was on its way. Finally drove to the store, there’s a long line forming and one chick is going hold on, I’m clocking out. Counting her tips on the counter so no one can order!?! Her boss finally comes out of the back and doesn’t even care. We explain what happened and she says “oh yea that one got marked undeliverable.” That’s it. So you don’t call the customer to let them know? Why could you not deliver it? Absolutely nuts and will never order from there again.

I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Save yourself and get pizza elsewhere. The last with redd tattooed on her neck is confused on another The level she can't even look up an order. A much Younger employee there was able to Find the receipt right in front of her Then She refused to give me the food after or even look at my payment/order confirmation just threatened to call the cops if I took it. It still says it would be delivered after I left. 2 hours I waited and then called and put on hold long enough to drive to the Store. This was supposed to be delivered I paid almost 40 bucks and no refund.

The picture on the site looked like a full sized restaurant from the old days but it turned into a rink a dink hole in the wall. And the food looked like something my cat hawked up 3 years ago. So if you are really hungry and I mean really hungry I guess it's your call if you want to eat there.

If I could leave no stars I would. The wings are disgusting. Called and talked to the employee said my wings are burnt and he argued and said it had to do with the oil and they are edible and that's just how they look apparently.

Not as good as the pizza hut closer to kemah. I almost always order the pepperoni lovers melts and there grat when I doordash from kemah but at this pizza hut I ordered the same thing and my melt was way overcooked no parmesan on top and skimpy with the cheese. I couldn't even finish it it was so crunchy. Pizza hut is great normally maybe it was just the cook they had that day.
