I don't know what's going on with POPEYES! WE DO LOVE THAT CHICKEN WHEN IT'S COOKED RIGHT & SERVED FRESH!Service at this location usually SUCKS & last night was even worse. Placed my order online at around 7:45pm. Got to restaurant, there were only 4 people working. There was a long line and several disgruntled people waiting for there order. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the cashier how long my order would be. He went to ask mgr who was cooking. They spoke to each other in Spanish & when he returned he did not answer me. He returned to taking orders from the long line. By now it's 8:30pm. I had been waiting 30 minutes!!! Cashier goes to fix our order. (Certainly this is not sanitary) By the time we get home, we realized we only had an 8pc. w/beans & rice.WE ORDERED A 12PC!! I went back. Manager says she packed a 12pc. Fortunately I took a picture! The beans were watery like they must have added water. They didn't even stick to the spoon. One cup wasn't even full. CHECK YOUR ORDERS B4 U LEAVE THIS LOCATION!!I did get my 4 pieces of chicken. But those beans I should have asked for a refund of those. I'll take it up with corporate office.

they don’t wanna sale the food cause they wanna take it home at the end of the night, they had multiple wings left & didn’t wanna sell me a wing combo because they didn’t wanna have an “uneven” number of chicken that they’ll have to “throw away”.
Check your orders before leaving this location. For example, if you order a Chicken Sandwich, you need to look inside the bread and examine to the internals. 3 Times and my order was still wrong. So when I got to this Popeyes location 20 minutes after I made my mobile order, I waited at least 10 minutes for my order. Yes, the order that I received was for Mitchell T, not me. After trying to convince the cashier that (showing her my mobile order receipt) and her telling me that she don't have my order in the system, finally she found my order receipt on the counter. Now I'm waiting on it to be prepared. 20 minutes later it's ready. Walk to the car realizing that the bag is light, peeped inside to see that my Mac and Cheese and 2 Oreo Cheesecakes where missing. Before I could let the door close, I was back inside. I had to wait 10 minutes before I could explain my case. When she did decide to hear me out, I had to show her on my receipt where I did have those additions. A guy was instructed to go to the back to get the forgotten items. Get in the car and drove home only to realize that my Flounder Sandwich was in fact a Chicken Sandwich. If I eat chicken, this would not have been a big deal. I thought about going back but with the time and effort that I've already allocated, I figured it's not worth it. I ate the Mac and Cheese and the Oreo Cheesecakes. I let my dog have the Flounder Sandwich that's made with real Chicken.
