Came through the drive thru of restaurant number 3499 in Texas City located at 9802 FM 1764 the date Today is 12/5/25 the time was 4:34 pm I spent $28.43 and I was short my 3 Pc and when I called back someone picked up the phone and said nothing but when I tried calling back on several occasions and the phone line was busy I think they just took the phone off the hook. My check number was 3142 and the cashier name was Irene 21584

Portions of the tenders are extremely small and expensive for the size. Not worth the expense. The tenders were as thin as fingers, even with the batter. Wish I had taken a picture.

Waited over 10 minutes for my order only to get it wrong. I came for the Last Dap ghost pepper wings and did not get them. I was told I had to specifically say the words Last Dab because they have multiple ghost pepper wings but the employee didn't even bother to clarify. I had no idea since I don't come to Popeyes often. Then when I tried to ask about the Last Dab wings I was told they we're out. Visit another location will not be returning
Today while I was sitting inside eating I couldn’t help but notice a higher up/manager being very rude and raising her voice at a younger black girl who was obviously new and it just didn’t sit right with me I asked another employee her name and her name is Tamara I just noticed she wasnt acting that way towards anyone else so it seemed wrong I don’t think I’ll be eating at this location any more

They gave me someone else's order and there was only 1 person behind me., oh, I was charged for what I orderd.that was short the desert.Tried again, was served someone's order, not mine. This place is awful!!!!! That's two straight times, you have taken my money for what I didn't order!

I'm loving telling others how uncaring and just don't care when they get your order wrong. You've worked and spent time and miles to your job. But when you get home and your take out is wrong, you call and get no apology, all you get is bring the uneaten food back and hope they correct it. More time invested in just trying to have dinner. They just dont care. Call complaint department, no help there either. Really, their chicken just ain't that good, is it worth the high prices for convenience? Feed up, no more

Since when does popeyes ration the dipping sauces? Honestly it is ridiculous if you order 12 wings and they give you 2 sauces. Anything extra and you have to pay for it. I could understand that for 6 wings but seriously it’s a bit ridiculous. Looks like wingstop is the way to go in the future.
