My name is Richard Jaramillo and I am a landscaper for the City Of Texas City! Anytime I have ever went into Rigo's cafe I have always received great customer service and the food is always amazing, but today went to another level. I ordered my food 45 minutes ahead of time because I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I asked them to please have it ready by a certain time and they always have!! so today I walk into Rigo's to go pick up my food and there was a gentleman standing...read full review
From looking at pictures on Facebook the food presentation was sloppy and messy. Not appealing at all. Please take a class on food presentation and things just looked cheap . End of rant.
