WOW how bad has Shipley's become?!! LOUD, unwelcome hip-hop on the radio, had to repeat myself 4 times in one order when I'd spoken clearly each time, to begin with...? Kolaches were dry, a hint of 'cheese' - really bad value for $$. Donuts were variable, tiny chocolate filled and doughy plain glazed. This isn't the Shipley's I grew up with, and MUCH better donut shops now exist nearby!! Dawn donuts puts this place to shame... Last few times we went we were disappointed. This time, we won't be back.??

The breading to the sandwich was still doughy, barely any cheese. Y’all’s donuts are good but never the sandwiches. Sometimes the service is bad too.

I stopped in to pick up doughnuts for a training session. The service was fast but not necessarily friendly. I guess because it was the morning rush and the chic was really focused on packing orders.

We have always had a great experience with the ladies up front and window. But today my husband went and the new lady treated him rudely. She asked him if mixed or glazed, he was telling her what he wanted and literally she raised her voice at him saying "those are mixed" and a gross look on her face. If this lady has just started working and has this type of attitude I don't know what to expect in a couple of weeks. She should not treat customers like this.
