The two Hispanic ladies that work there during the day are horrendous. Extremely rude and don’t care about customer service at all. Would highly recommend going somewhere else other than here. Horrible service from those two older Hispanic ladies. They also keep all the restrooms locked and tell everyone they are broken just so they don’t have to clean them.

This is a wake-up call to the owner of this establishment, THE BATHROOM FOR MEN AND WOMEN WAS CLOSED, THE RESPONSE OF THE STAFF WAS, DO NOT WORK, as it is possible that in an establishment like Subway, customers do not have the ability to use one of the bathrooms when it is so necessary in a food establishment, very badly and very disappointed, You have to eat your sandwich with dirty hands or with napkins because you don't have access to washing your hands.

Went in and ordered willing to pay for any extra ingredients the young lady was very friendly but the older lady is very rude i watched her argue wit 2 customers within my 5 mins there and they walked out.. wouldnt recommend gettin my order prepared by the older lady AT ALL

Every time I go to Subway I have now to ever have trouble then putting everything on my sandwich did you do everything right I said the last time I went she put oil and vinegar on my sandwich I asked for parmesan cheese luckily it didn't tastes like oil or vinegar because I was very unhappy when she did that I told I want everything except those two things but she didn't listen

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The lady who works there named ALICIA is to rude!!! We asked very nicely if she would toast our sandwich & she smacked her teeth, slammed her hand on the counter, and rolled her eyes. We couldn't believe it. Horrible HORRIBLE service. But we aren't surprised, it is Texas city after all. Everyone here has the exact same attitude when their jobs are so simple they are literally making SANDWICHES but can't even do that right. Never again.
