Village Pizza & Seafood - Texas City

I ordered a double catch with 1 fish, popcorn shrimp,hushpuppies ,and fries. It was delivered and I received hushpuppies,and 8 little shrimp. That's not worth $22 . I understand stuff happens, but it won't happen to me again.

My husband just ordered 3 shrimp po boys it was ice cold for the price of shrimps it should have been served hot first and last time eating here Seafood Discount would never serve cold fried shrimps. Only went here because it was closed. ??

First & last eating from here. Had a shrimp poboy it was cold as ice & we had to wait TWENTY MINUTES!!? Had more bread than anything & it wasn’t even worth it NEVA

The manager team and the help are not friendly. Especially the manager. The pizza is mediocre and very overpriced! I won’t be back.

First off this was my first,& last time going to this particular Village Pizza.I ask for my bread to be toasted, didn't happen,I asked for little to no onions had a lot.Barely any turkey.So nope won't be returning Ever.

My order is always ready on time and honestly the best Greek salad out there. The pita bread that comes with it is always warm and fresh. You can dine in for a nice quaint nostalgic feeling.

This is not like the old owners and operators. First off they were completely out of fried clams fountain drinks and so forth. The man working the counter had no customer service skills. I have been coming here since 1990 and it is horrible. The so called friend shrimp were just a little larger than my thumb. The fries I ordered were such a small portion. They can and have done way better in the past. Unless they change drastically I will never return. As far as atmosphere, it is so quiet in there. The tables are old and tops are dirty and sticky to the touch. Never again will I pay 16.60 for this. Oh by the way if you pay with credit card they charge you extra. See pictures

I went to Manhattan in May and went to about 25 of the top pizza places. Village Pizza sits along those easily. It has such a distinct flavor I guess I can understand why someone wouldn't like it. I guess. But man is it spectacular. Is it greasy? Yep. But something about it is just amazing. I would love to try other toppings, but unfortunately he plain peperonni is so good, I just have to get that everytime. The greek salad is also hands down the best salad I have ever had in my life. A great deal too. Also, if you have never tried the cheeseburger sub, then you are missing out. its so good, i cant even describe it. Try it. then buy it 100 more times. It that good. Also i take back what i said. I cannot understand how someone doesn't like Village

Ok so I’ve had pizza from Chicago. I’ve had pizza from NYC, pizza from Boston, CA, and Detroit. I’m telling you this is some of the best pizza I’ve had. Right here, in Texas City. Period. I’m not even one to leave a review, but I seriously felt compelled to write this with how good it was. I ordered the thin crust pepperoni with garlic, and the village special. I will no longer be ordering pizza from anywhere else. So glad they reopened this place!
