I will purposely drive to a different wataburger because this one is soo bad. I dont know if they blatantly dont care about getting your order correct or just find it amusing to repeat the order back and just make it however they want and hand it to you after asking you to pull up. The service here hasn't always been bad but more often than not this location is just cursed with bad service. I once paid with a $100 and the girl behind the window legitimately couldn't count the money and gave me back incorrect change then got mad when I demanded a manager. Never have any problems with other locations just the texas city one. Anytime I think they might've changed im quickly reminded why I dont eat here.

Today I couldn’t wait for dinner. My lady and I went to the drive in and I ordered a Sweet & Spicy, upsized with a coke. We get home and its a dried up messy chicken finger sandwich with cold fries. Of course this could happen at any fast food drive thru but This is a frequent occurrence at the Texas City WB. I had enough and had to post something this time. Make sure the kid takes your order right before moving forward. Check your food before driving off. Frustrating 🤦🏻♂️

I went ordered my meal and realized my burger was steaming hot, fries ice cold, and sprite was club soda when I arrived to my destination. I immediately called and spoke with Joel who was thankful for my call and for notifying him of the sprite needing to be changed. I also informed him that I did not live in the area and that I couldn’t come back due to only being able to get food at certain times as I visit the area to care for my grandmother. I called early on in the day because I knew I would be taking care of my grandmother so I would be in the area and gave Joel a heads up. It was not specified during our conversation that I would need to come inside for my remake. I went to the drive through and the employee was adamant on me coming inside for my remake. I felt that it was very inconsiderate as I may have had a disability making it difficult for me to come inside and it should not have mattered if I came inside or not as I originally went through the drive through the first time. The employees answering the speaker needs to work on their deliverance as it would make a difference in the customer service since they are the first interaction customers have. I am pregnant and was not dressed to get out of my vehicle and go inside a public place for my meal to be remade when it should’ve been to the company’s expectation the first time. I do appreciate Joel for remaking my order but this location has some improvements to make.
Ordered online & curbside. When got home the burgers looked smashed like someone stepped on them. Paid for gravy, and for third time they did not include it. NO napkins & NO ordered ketchups. Service and food has gone downhill. Employees are not customer friendly either. Will not be going back.
