I can't say enough good things about Abuelo’s restaurant. From the moment I walk in, the friendly staff make me feel right at home. Very delicious. Fajita meat is tender, but not a lot of seasoning. Still very nice though. Pork tenderloin medallions were awesome. The enchiladas were just okay in my opinion.

Came in for an early dinner and some Margaritas. Sat at the bar to watch some college football while we ate. The bartender was amazing and every recommendation was perfect. We ended up ordering queso, house margaritas, chimichangas and a salad. The salad was huge, the margaritas were on point, and the chimichangas were delicious.

Our waiter was a guy named keith with skin tags on his ear or something like that "said respectfully" he is definitely not a people's person he is real short worded talks too fast for customers to understand the menu and what he is saying. I didn't understand something on the menu and he took it from me turned to a certain page real fast "like he had an attitude " then handed it back to me and said nothing he just stood there he didn't even elaborate on what the item was even after he rushed to the page. we felt rushed like he was busy and didn't have time for us during the ordering process. the ribeye was definitely super tuff and had no flavor big mistake and it came out medium i wont order that again. I didn't complain to him at all I just didn't eat it. the bacon wrapped shrimp was good as always. I definitely dont want him as our waiter ever again then to make
matters worst I give him the cash before he walks off he asks us do you want your change? what kind of person asks the customer that? you make the transaction then the customer decides if they will give you a tip and according to his attitude during our ordering he didn't deserve a tip at all. we still tipped him but with that attitude he needs to work back of the house. if you don't like people or certain people you don't need to be serving them. last time we went our waiter was a really nice guy so I can't say it's the restaurant as a whole. it was a disturbing experience for me I'm sorry but I had to address it

It was Friday and I was craving fish. I got the mahi with a creamy shrimp sauce that was delicious. They kept us supplied with chips, salsa and drinks throughout the whole time there. I saw others the had enchiladas that looked tasty so I will have to return for some soon. I would definitely recommend eating here.
