Great Caesar salad bread and cheddar jalapeño soup

Loved the fresh salads and thin crunchy bread and how they used the bread insides to make bread pudding. Definite need to change the shrimp. Very dry and not crunchy New Order Po Boys style. Make fresh grilled shrimp instead. We'll be back, just won't get the shrimp.

Ordered two sandwiches one with extra meat the other regular. The one with extra meat barely had any steak on it, basically just paid for extra for no reason. The other one had a few pieces of chicken on it. Location was empty when I walked in so not like they were busy. Better options nearby.

I placed a mobile order for pick-up that included zeppelin and kids order. The order was ready when I arrived but I had to: 1st point out that the kids meal came with a soda and 2nd- once I got to the car and opened the bag, the chips were not included. Thankfully, I checked before pulling off. The cashier checked the ticket, apologized, and provided the chips.

Move over Panera Bread -- this place is amazing! My salad was delicious, but the star of the show was the warm baguette that wasn't too hard or crispy -- I couldn't believe how good it was! Usually the baguettes can be really hard and tough to chew, but this was not. The setup to order was kind of like a traditional sub shop or chipotle where you get to pick your stuff as you go, only it's for salads. I really enjoyed this place! This will be a go-to place for me moving forward.

I've gone to Bread Zeppelin twice and both times I was pleasantly surprised!! Must tries! Ragin Cajun (very tasty) & the Atlantis with the Greek balsamic!! Clean atmosphere and the manager (can't remember her name... Ariana???) she was so sweet! Great customer service!

YALL!!!! Don’t walk….RUN to bread zeppelin now and get you a zeppelin!! Tried it for the first time tonight and I’ll definitely be back for more!! I recommend the buffalo chicken zeppelin with avocado ranch!! ???

Food is great. This location has no problem charging you extra when you get more added in your salad. My problem is that they don't discount your price if all of your salad does not fit in the zepplin. Half the time they give you a cup with the extra in it, half the time they do not. They throw away whatever salad was not used. I've watched them throw away my extras before I can tell them I would like to take the extras with me. When I ask about being discounted for the food of mine they threw away, they are unable to discount the meal.
