gave me bread so stale it was hard to bite through. i had to throw the bread away, and they forgot the fries. when i asked for them, she handed them to me cold and directly through the window without putting it into a bag. disappointing

Great burger king ! We hadn't visited in person and this was the first time with my kiddo. He enjoyed the amazing play place here ! It's one of the main reasons we came in.
Food is not bad, much better then any other burger king we've been to. The only thing was the kids nuggets were really skinny and a bit dry but other than that everything else was great ! Also, very clean and modern and friendly staff.

Sat in drive thru for twenty five minutes. While they handed one item out the window at a time. When we finally got to the window they handed us our food. Everything was so cold. Will never return.

First off I asked for fresh fries and got cold very stale fries, onto of that I had an order with about 20 chicken nuggets and they only gave 2 sauces and tried to charge 27 cents for extra sauce. Do better especially at this location.

Ive ordered from here twice and both times messed up my order. and as for when i reach out is as a response im sorry here is a coupon for your next order. this doesnt just happen at this location . this one is just by my work. used love going here and the fast food chain. just disappointed on the approach. it would be one thing to make it wrong, but they missed two items out of my order so my $18.09. from what i got should only came out to 10.00 overall done .

No wonder this place is empty 😕 the service didn't exist had to order on kiosk no one was at counter. only interaction with employees were one asking if i order a drink and then what size and it felt like i put her put giving me my cup. The assistant manager put my bag on counter and walked away. I had to ask for ketchup for my fries. Do better Burger King
