Ordered two dolsot bibimbap. Sat down. Waited for at least 30 minutes for order. Customers who ordered after us received their dishes. When ours finally arrived, the bottom scorched area of my dolsot bibimbap burnt to black color. The service needs to be improved.

I definitely have had better at other locations. Missed part of our order and did not taste fresh and hot.

The wife and I decided to eat at this place on Saturday Night. We have been there a few times before, but it had been a while. I have always enjoyed the food, but I find it a tad on the pricey side for what you get. Anyway, we went in, and they have changed things up a bit and I have to say it was for the worse for us. They used to have a walk-up order counter, and you read the menu. Most people want to customize their bowl. The old menu was set up like 1) Choose your base, 2) Choose your Protein, 3) Choose your toppings, 4) Choose your Sauce. It was self-explanatory. They also had signature bowls, and other items but they were displayed separately. Now they have three touchscreen kiosks. Only two of the three worked and none of them printed a receipt. The way the menu comes up on them is nothing like the way the menu is shown on their website. My wife and I prefer Brown Rice, and she likes her egg cooked well done. Somehow, we could not figure out after three tries at it how to get what we wanted, and when we thought we had it the second time the bill was $50.00 for two of us. I knew that was not right. We just ended up ordering signature bowls. She ordered the Bulgogi Beef Bowl, and I ordered BBQ Chicken. She got an egg that was not well done, and I got white rice. The bill was $28.00 with no drinks other than water. We ate and left. I noticed that the tables and floor were not clean as I remember last. Overall, I used to give them a solid 4.5 stars where I could, but they have fallen to 4 stars. The Kiosk may be all right for some, but it is not our cup of tea. We did not get what we wanted, and it was too confusing. Sometimes progress is in the wrong direction. Not a great experience.

I asked for less ice in my iced coffee and they still added 75% of the glass and said it’s less ice. The coffee content was just 25% of the entire glass. 5$ for such a coffee. When I asked her why the coffee is so less so she told me we have a portion and took away the ice from my coffee . The glass was half way filled . What a waste of money. Bad service and stafff. Never recommend this place .

Me and my man ate there for the first time on Sunday and got food poisoning, just beware of how your food is being cooked !!

After paying for a drink you realize that the self-service drink station has 70% of the products out of order. They no longer offer fresh brewed tea. Bathrooms are dirty and low lighting.

Absolutely delish. Overpriced? Yeah, a bit. But very tasty. And everything was fresh and good portions. We had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms.

Honestly, I just walked in on a whim to try something different. My first impression (and the several other people that were trying to place an order) is that it was an incredibly confusing and inefficient ordering process.

You have to order your food on a tablet screen in a kiosk. None of the options for the dishes and add-ons made sense. It wasn't clear how many items you could select, and it wouldn't let me properly select the add-ons I wanted. After fumbling with that for a few minutes,I gave up trying to build a bowl and just decided to order the spicy pork bowl.

You get a table number, grab your own drink and utensils, and wait for the food to come out. First of all, it was freaking cold inside in the middle of summer. It was very uncomfortable trying to sit and eat with the AC pumping like that.

Then the girl comes out, no smile, no greeting, no offering to help get us anything. She just said, "Number 37?" and dropped my bowl in front of me.

So let me get this straight? You guilt people into tipping your staff minimum 20% tip on the ordering screen, BEFORE you receive any service. Then, ALL the staff is huddled up in the kitchen quite literally doing nothing and watching everyone struggling to order. So we get to do everything, and the owner has the nerve to request tipping?

Not only that, it was just a strange, cold way to be served as a customer. No human interaction at all.

Overall, I enjoyed my food and that was the only saving grace. However, it was way overpriced in my opinion for such bad service.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
