Terrible experience. We were celebrating 4 birthdays and joined the waitlist almost an hour before we were planning to arrive. The girls at the front kept saying they were waiting on 2 large parties to leave before we could be seated despite many other table options being available. They sat multiple parties of 6 or 8 but kept insisting there was no where to seat my party of 10. We waited over an hour to be seated after we arrived. Once we finally got seated, the service was slow and the table was cramped. The food took a long time to come out. It was barely warm, the pork chop was burnt, and the shrimp and salmon tasted reheated. Overall we were not impressed and will not be back.

Hadn't visited a Cheddar's in some time now I remember why. We were a party of 5 we ordered our meal and appetizers. Our appetizers came, I asked for some small plates, never got them ok no biggie. Our meal came, I had fish and chips and my daughter ordered a sandwich and salad. I had to stop our waiter to ask for the tarter sauce I had ordered and remind him we didn't get the salad that came with the other meal. Now here is where it gets interesting for me, this young man had two other booths seated right after our food came, so go over and say I'll be right with you finish up with us and we are good. But no, he goes and takes their drink orders and fills them before bringing the condiment and salad. Are you kidding me. If I could leave no star for service I would.

We are fans of Cheddar's and normally have a good experience here and look forward to visiting, however our most recent visit was problematic.

One of the burgers we ordered came out quite rare in the center after having requested medium well. We made our server aware and he took back the burger as well as the fries. The food was returned to the table about 25 or so minutes later, and it was the exact same burger that had already been bitten off of that was sent back. Yes, you read that correctly. They took the food that had already been bitten off of, cooked the patty further, placed it back on the same bun with the same plate of fries that were all over 30min old.

We requested the manager and made him aware, and he seemed appalled at the revelation of how it was handled by his staff and removed it from our ticket. Aside from that, no apology or further offers of what to do to make it right. After he went to the computer to remove it from our bill, he never returned and just disappeared.

On top of this memorable experience, our server was non-existent and also acted as though he couldn't have cared less about the food ordeal either.

I'm not sure if other major changes have happened here. Service was subpar, bathrooms were filthy, and obviously food prep has issues. This location hasn't had any of these problems in our prior visits. Sadly, especially for how the food was handled, we will not be returning here as we simply don't trust what is happening in the kitchen.

Food is delicious & the price is right. You even got bar tenders that pour good quality drinks.

Eh... croissant is highlight and the Dr. Pepper tasted like Dr. Pepper. Asked for Medium Rare steak and got medium well. Zero flavor on steak, had to salt it myself. Didn't send steak back cause frankly I wanted out of there as quickly as possible. Will never be back. McDonald's has more flavor

We are Cheddar fans. However, this particular location was terrible. The service was terrible, food came out cold, my daughter's birthday dinner was undercooked. She sent it back to be cooked, and they never brought it back. The management at this location needs to be replaced.

We usually enjoy dining at Cheddar's. This was really an off evening. I had 8oz steak with baked potato and garden salad. It all came out together, I was going to eat steak & potato while they were hot and eat salad last. However, the potato was cold and butter didn't melt. I requested a hot one. The steak was warm, not hot-but very tender and tasty. I finished the steak and excellent salad before hot potato arrived. wife ordered bourbon glazed salmon with broccoli. nothing was more than luke warm. I would think the food was plated,but sat on counter way too long without benefit of heat lamps. This just isn't up to what I expect from Cheddar's
