We usually enjoy dining at Cheddar's. This was really an off evening. I had 8oz steak with baked potato and garden salad. It all came out together, I was going to eat steak & potato while they were hot and eat salad last. However, the potato was cold and butter didn't melt. I requested a hot one. The steak was warm, not hot-but very tender and tasty. I finished the steak and excellent salad before hot potato arrived. wife ordered bourbon glazed salmon with broccoli. nothing was more than luke warm. I would think the food was plated,but sat on counter way too long without benefit of heat lamps. This just isn't up to what I expect from Cheddar's

Great food and drinks, many choices, always harder to have great svc with a large group vs serving 2 to 5 people. Atmosphere was a regular restaurant - TV screens, but no special view or romantic or something that makes it more than average, and not looking for something special. I guess I should just leave it with no stars - don't know what I am supposed to do with thar category.

Met girlfriends at lunch to catch up. Good food, good atmosphere. Waiter kendon was great. Didn’t rush us. Very personable and friendly.

Waited 20 plus mins for warm food. First time going and not super impressed. I would understand if it was a busy time but we arrived at 1 and the restaurant was not even half full. Food seems like it would have been really good so I'll give it another shot but not anytime soon. Update: Wait time hasn't changed much Service was better food was still slow to arrive but it was hot and it was good. I'm changing my rating because it seems like they are improving. I definitely recommend trying it out if you have time to wait. The bread almost makes up for any and all mistakes lol.

we were promptly seated, but waited a few minutes for our waiter who had no personality. We ordered and waited over 40 minutes for our food when it finally arrived. He said I don’t know what’s wrong with the kitchen. When the food did arrive, it was cold when it came time to pay I was using a gift card and the easy pay machine on the table wouldn’t take it. I had to wait several minutes for him to come back to tell him that I needed him to use my gift card. He tried to scan it and said it wouldn’t work that I couldn’t use the gift card. I asked him to get a manager. The manager Kendra came and he could’ve cared less. He finally did get the gift card to work saying that the waiter was ringing it up as a credit card and it wasn’t I said well maybe you should train him on how to take gift cards. The table was pile high with dirty plates and nobody really care. Do yourself a favor. Save your money and avoid this cheddars as much as possible. We’ve typically had good success at other locations, but avoid this one at all cost.

The food and service were pretty good, but the manager was very rude. I saw him speaking harshly to a group of young girls, telling them to stop disturbing the staff, and it came across as unprofessional and unnecessary. It really brought down the otherwise positive experience.

I really really love this place, close to down home cooking you're going to get. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is nice and the food is just amazing. I always leave full. Stop on by and try the chicken fried chicken, you won't be disappointed

Yelp told us it had 2.6 stars. We decided to give it a shot and holy moly this was the chilis killer. Nothing but great things to say about the staff and the restaurant.
