Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Stopped to order take out went to pay and my order was ready when i got back to pick up. He was cutting up the meat so I know it was fresh, potatoe was huge, the right amount of sour cream chives and the brisket was soooo good. Food wasn't stopped together, was perfect. Host was friendly with a smile on her face. Excellent service. Food tasted great !!! Thank you...Thumbs up 👍

They don't honor any specials here. A $5 pulled pork sandwhich is $10 here. Go to the other one down the street

Ordered wings and a salad today. The wings were dried out and hard. The salad was only lettuce. It was a total waste of my money. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

The food is always good, but they have a problem of always leaving something out of the order. Once it was beans but today they left out the main thing that goes with bar-b-que. The sauce and try to eat dry meat.

I ordered a meal and the man at the counter sent me to the front of the convenience store to pay while he prepared my food. I paid with a credit card but when I returned to the Dickey’s counter to pick up my food, the man at the counter demanded that I give him my receipt. I handed it to him and he mumbled something and then told me to wait right there. I had no idea what was going on but stood there for about five more minutes. I finally went up to the front of the convenience store and heard the man from Dickey’s saying something about two dollars. The cashier then told me that the man from the Dickey’s counter instructed him to charge me an additional $4. The cashier was very apologetic as he charged my card for the additional $4 and said he made a mistake. But the man from Dickey’s just walked off. It was about 30 minutes before closing time and I was both annoyed, baffled and in a hurry. I love Dickey’s and have used their catering service many times for large business lunches. I’ll go back to the other Dickey’s locations. But will never go back to the location in The Colony nor will I ever use that store for catering. The man at the Dickey’s counter was incredibly rude and thought nothing of causing a scene and holding up a customer over $4. My food was also cold when I got home due to the delay.

Don’t buy those brisket fries! They don’t taste like any barbecue they make! Bad idea! Will never get it again

This location appears to be PERMANENTLY CLOSED. The phone rings and rings but no one answers. Location is now a Mexican food restaurant. Website is still taking orders and no one is responding from Dickey's corporate about this or providing a refund.

I ordered a chopped brisket loaded potato through uber eats and my side of sour cream was left off and I paid $2 for it and the potato was not FRESH. Everything was just thrown together. I will NOT BE BACK! I do not recommend here. They just throw your food together in a rush.
