Dirty Burger Bar

Do better I know you can disrespectful your whole staff promise you you better do better. Food was good but your staff and your respect ain’t loyal.

Me and my fiancé decided to try dirty burgers for the first time and oh my God so good so so good the burger was perfect and amazing the fries. The dirty fries are so freaking delicious. I ate the box.!!!!

TLDR: great food, annoying and dishonest business practice.

I love the food hear. I get the smash burger every time and it’s why I keep coming back.

However, the business is knowingly falsely advertising their connection to the Billingsley collection. It’s a collection of an apartment’s they offer discounts to participating business’s. Dirty Burger USED to be part of that, now they aren’t. However they still have the bright gold signs right on the front of the door.

I’ve been back to dirty burger 3-4 times after they stopped honoring the discount, and ive been told they’re “working to take the sign down” when it’s simply a gold sticker. The management knows, the employees know, but they still advertise it.

It’s a bad business practice. They’re also still on the Billingsley collection website as well. Overall management needs to step up and rip the gold sign off the door.

It’s really not that hard, but it seems intentional at this point.

You all need to update the website and the toast app. Wings do not come with fries.

Food was good but the lady at the bar has terrible customer service. Doesn’t smile and acts like it’s a problem when you ask for napkins or tap on the glass to ask for a drink. Came back another time and she had the same attitude. The burgers are good but you spend the whole time discussing the trash attitude of the person taking the orders

The cheeseburger, sauce and jalapeño poppers are a 10/10!! So good. I will be back.

Terrible. I ordered through GrubHub tonight. My burger was completely wrong. Not even close to the options I chose. And it was cold. Got no sauces either. I requested pickles shredded lettuce and their sauce. I got lettuce and tomato. I also requested for my combo the tater tots and I got cold old skinny fries. Just terrible. I'll never order from here again.

I really liked my chicken tenders!! Totally worth the 30 minute drive! Also the guy who took my order was so friendly and cute! 10/10 would come again

Easy atmosphere for you and your pet companion. The burgers were juicy made to order and unique. We ordered turkey and beef. Nice under their little patio as it was raining while we waited. Left too full!!

Thursday evening burger, nothing special, the place wasn’t busy and the food was ready in 10-12 minutes. Its a smash burger style so if you like the thick nice burger like me, maybe look elsewhere. There is not a restroom inside and only a few seatings inside, the rest are outside.
Overall a nice average burger place.

Terrible customer service by the owner on many occasions. It’s very unfortunate that she has such a bad attitude, because the food is good. My friends and I will not be returning to be treated poorly.

My wife ordered me a Cuban burger from this place. The food was decent, but the delivery delay affected its freshness. The burger was standard ham, beef patty, cheese, and special sauce, while the fries were perfectly seasoned. I’ll need to try it again for a fair evaluation.

Pretty good smash burger. The deck is fun, especially if you like dogs—which we do—as it overlooks the dog park. A bit pricey for what you get. Seems like a younger Millennial/Gen Z meeting spot. Seating isn’t great for those with, ahem, more mature backs.
