Almost every weekend I order pizza from this location and always I add extra cheese and extra pepperoni they’re never put anything extra on my pizza if you don’t want to put anything extra just take extra options out

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at your store today. I stopped by to pick up my pizza order, and Bre kindly informed me that she had accidentally forgotten to turn on the pizza warmer, which caused my pizza to be cold. However, she immediately took responsibility, sincerely apologized, and offered to remake my order without hesitation.
What truly stood out to me was Bre’s attitude!! She was so genuine, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled it reflected incredible customer service and care. I had driven 30 minutes to visit this Domino’s because of the great reviews, and now I completely understand why.
Bre absolutely made my day. I’d been having a rough one, and her kindness and positive energy turned it around. Because of her, I’ll gladly make that 30-minute drive every time. She’s a true asset to your team, and I hope she’s recognized for the excellent service she provides.

Dominos pizza is always love. 1 suggestion that they have to keep some sauces and ketchup with pizza.
I’ve never seen a group of people so happy making pizzas. The teamwork there on top of the customer service was phenomenal! Logan, the manager was on the line helping the crew as if he wasn’t even the manager. That alone says so much about the service!!! You guys ROCK!!! Thank you!!! 🫶🏾

1- They dropped off pizza at the wrong address 2-I called and they sent another pizza, I told them not to ring the bell or knock as it’s late night. 3-The guy comes back & rings the bell. 4- The new pizza smells horrendous and is very greasy.
I do not want my money back but what kind of operation are you guys running? Absolutely absurd.
