Good drinks per usual for Dutch Bros. Got the Christmas blended candy cane mocha. Lots of crushed peppermint candies on top. And my usual Golden Eagle but iced this time. Yummy and the female employee made them quickly too. She was nice & friendly. Just the location’s not the best. By a gas station & busy noisy street. doesn’t quite go with a Christmas drink.

I love Dutch bros! But I’d recommend the Lebanon location instead, before I used to get my order correct each time but now every single time they get my order from this location either incorrect or missing items (that I paid extra for). I’ve had to reach out to customer service multiple times to get credits.

I wanted so badly to like this place. My sister went first and warned me that she couldn't taste the coffee and that it was too milk forward. But she likes strong coffee, so I thought it would be just right for me. I arrived to a delightful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the butter cookie, requesting an extra shot of espresso. What I received was a delicious cup of milk. There wasn't a hint of coffee taste at all. It was a waste of money, and very disappointing.

Went to store in the Colony Texas at around 5:50am 10/14/24 and cashier took it upon herself to add a tip to my total! And not the company is claiming they investigated and see no wrong doing! Don’t give the company your debit or credit card at check out! They purposely don’t provide a receipt unless you ask for it! Just imagine how many customer they are scamming like this!

I absolutely had the most amazing experience tonight with these 2 ladies !!! I didn’t get their names but they were great !!!! The had great energy and awesome smiles !!!! They were so helpful . Everyone at this location is great ! Every time I drive up Dutch Bro’s has the consistency of Chic-fila . Great place to get your coffee & energy drinks .

I love Dutch Bros coffee. It’s the best by far. However - this location isn’t the best service wise. I use the app and order ahead and drive 10 minutes to the location - to get in line and wait 10 more minutes for them to actually make the order. They really don’t have good service at this location - gave 2 stars because they are kids

This is how I was handed all 3 of our drinks. I asked why they were not filled up all the way. I was told they could add more ice to make it full. The cup was full of ice already. The shift lead Andy told me if I want to add more liquid, I would have to pay extra.
