nice place to sit down and enjoy a sweet cold drink.
really good boba went with some friends and we ordered on the screen but the staff were really helpful when i asked about the oat milk and lychee jelly

This is a good tea place. The tea flavor and freshness is out of this world!
So sad my review isnt on the boba but the bugs!!
Milk tea boba was a 10/10, tapioca was chewy and I drank it SO fast. But then I saw a gigantic cockroach on the floor, and alerted the staff. They quickly removed it from the building and I thought maybe it somehow got in. But on my way to the restroom I saw 3-4 dead/half dead ones by the door/shelving, which turned me off so much that I skipped the restroom and decided to leave. On my way out I saw another dead one under another table by the door.
Very concerning given that boba is a very sugary drink - if there is a bug issue, they are very much attracted to the sugar likely which could mean there is a cleaning issue here. Super unfortunate because the drink was delicious but I cant help but feel my skin crawling after drinking. Please get pest control ASAP!
My favorite spot to grab a fruity tea whenever I'm in the Colony! Ann was very nice and helpful. I ordered the wrong drink and she made sure I got what I wanted. Will be back for sure!

I love getting my taro milk tea from here. Sometimes it’s so busy and only two employees, but they still work hard to satisfy customers. Great location

I tried Taro, Mango with sago, and matcha. Liked all of them, Matcha was a lil more strong flavored than usual (maybe that i how it is suppose to be).
Even the place is clean and neat.

Such a big location but completely empty. The drinks only come in one size (too big) and slightly overpriced. It's not the greatest boba location but if you are in pinch, why not.
