They are awesome ! On time ,friendly, the omelettes are incredible. Rick made over 70 omelettes and didn’t break a sweat . We did an event at our property “breakfast for dinner “and it was a huge success . Def hire them ,and thanks Rick ,…for the incredible and impressive job !

So pleased! Booked a catering event with only a 48 hours notice and it turned out flawlessly! Perfect amount of food for our team of meat loving men and the best potato salad EVER. Thank you so much! Colony AC Team will be seeing you again!

Pitmaster Robert is a genius. His food, the atmosphere, his staff. From the moment you walk in, oh lord, if I could candle that smell. I say this the up most respect, Pitmaster Robert and his wife, have smashed brisket, pulled pork, etc I highly recommend the fried okra.10 out of 10 would DEFINITELY recommend.Edit to add:Pitmaster Robert was nice enough to invite my husband and son to see his amazing smoker. Super family friendly place.
