We were sat at a booth and had no wait which was great. Our server Cecelia comes over and barely acknowledged us. Before we could finish asking her for our drinks she walked away. Never said good morning or hi.She brought our coffees and we asked for half and half. It took about 30 minutes to receive the creamer. 30. Minutes. The place was not even half full.She brought our food and half the order was incorrect. The food was good but the gravy was lacking some serious flavor. Servers here need to get it together and remember they work in customer service roles. Having to get up to ask for to go boxes was ridiculous.

I went in twice this weekend, On Sunday and on Monday. On Sunday we had waited a long time to get our check and had to flag down our server after 10-15 minutes of waiting. On Monday we waiting over 10 minutes to be served, and when multiple items came out incorrect, the server had tried to convince us the food was correct.I have been here multiple times and have always enjoyed it but these past two times the service was just SO bad and inattentive that we cannot justify going anymore.

Had a bad experience at the other location so I thought why not try this location. Took forever to be seated as nobody acknowledged my presence waiting at the front. The pancakes came out halfway cooked and doughy. I had kindly asked if we could have it remade and they seemed bothered. The remade version was the exact same so at that point I was I lost my appetite and gave up. They weren't apologetic at all so the service was horrible. The rest of the food was mid and nothing worth the tab of $40 for breakfast food. Do not recommend and won't be coming back ever again.

The food and drinks here were a huge disappointment. This is the 2nd time we've been here (after about a year, which was a good experience), but probably the last.My classic American Breakfast was good (2 eggs, meat, and 2 sides, you know the standard fare), a bit pricey at $12.49.My wife's hash was a complete disappointment, as the hash was clearly a canned hash that just got warmed up and was presented as such.The drink prices are insane: $6.49 for a chai tea latte that was in an average coffee cup (which was also a dirty chai, which I didn't request, and asked the server about. She said she would ask but never followed up. On the check it was just chai tea latte).$2.50 for a kids cup of milk. That's just insane gouging.
I cannot understand why I’ve had an upset stomach twice in a row after eating here. At first I thought it was just a coincidence but it happened again today after having an omelette here, same as I did three weeks ago. Same reaction. Not good. Is it unwashed ingredients?
