Great local breakfast/brunch spot! Came here with some friends on a Wednesday morning, we were greeted and seated immediately. I had the hills skillet, highly recommend. It was flavorful, fresh and a great portion. It comes with a side of biscuits/toast or pancakes. The decor is modern farmhouse and a super light and refreshing place to enjoy breakfast and coffee.

I had lunch there before and it was great. Came a second time and the food was cold and not as good as the first visit.

The service is horrible here, our server was extremely rude, and extremely unprofessional. He was so loud, he informed us that they don’t have any chicken and i asked him to double check to make sure as we don’t eat any other type of meat and he laughed at me and said i just checked, we had ordered coffee so waiting for that, 35 mins no one comes to check up on us and coffee was still not there and then the server comes up to us and says there is chicken, like what?

Extremely unprofessional severs. They wasted so much of our time and then came out with an excuse that they are out of chicken. How can a restaurant run out of chicken. Never coming back here again. On top of that the server (who calls himself the manager) was very rude and inconsiderate. He literally asked us to leave. also, they had chicken

This was my first visit here with my husband and it turned out amazing. The place has a very warm and lively vibe, amazing, amazing food and great service. We ordered a croiffant (a dessert with waffle and ice cream), chicken fried chicken with fries and salad and my husband ordered egg Benedict’s.The dessert was delicious, one of the best waffles i ever had. Loved the fried chicken. Chicken was tender and portions were huge.Definitely will be going back soon.

We love this littlw cafe. Service is not great but feels like a little town local cafe with great food. Prices are fair enough.

I love the convenience of this location for the community of Castle Hills. It was a nice place to meet my friend for breakfast and take time to catch up. The decor and atmosphere was great. It’s a cute little place and was very comfortable. The menu is nice and they have a lot of options as well as some healthy choices. They gladly substituted pancakes for French toast, but I feel like I may have enjoyed the pancakes better. They offer fresh squeezed orange juice which was the star of the show! However, they only offer one size and it’s nice and large. That wouldn’t be the best for kids but I’m sure they would bring additional glasses and you could separate it into smaller servings. My friend ordered a caramel latte And wanted a small orange juice but there wasn’t an option. The food was good but not amazing. The service was okay. Our server never picked up straw wrappers and other trash that I placed at the edge of the table. It would have been so easy to grab that off the table while we enjoyed our meal.I ordered the ‘For Mom’: scrambled eggs, bacon and substituted French toast for the pancakes. The French toast looked amazing but was pretty bland, even with a lot of butter and syrup that I added. It was also a bit tough. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the eggs were good.My friend ordered the avocado toast. It was delicious. We couldn’t really see the oil that the menu indicated was drizzled on it but it was so fresh tasting. The fruit was nice and the scrambled egg whites were fine.I’m sure I’ll try them again but I’ll probably choose other options.

He forgot our waffle and all the other food came out and then they decided to add gratuity which is fine bc we were a party 4 adults and some kids but I mean if you forgot pig food at least don't slap gratuity or something. And the hash browns and bacon tasted like old oil as well. Never coming again

Horrible service my order was incomplete and my grits are watering with huge chunks in them. I contacted the manager she refused to help me told me I was lair and it wasn't her problem.

This place is located in the heart of Castle Hills so it's not hard to miss. For me the sweet best dish here is the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. Each bite lets you taste the crunchy, sugary cinnamon sugar that envelope the exterior. The pancakes themselves are marvelously fluffy and it pairs so well with fresh strawberries. If savory dishes are what calls to you, you can't go wrong with the Hogg or Tex-Mex skillets. The chicken dishes are alright for but not as flavorful in terms of seasoning for a Texan breakfast dish. Considering how this is in Castle hills, the prices aren't bad.

The host was eating right in front of us wen we walked in, and then proceeded to walk away before talking to us. after a few minutes she finally came back and we had to approach her to ask about a table. She then proceeded to tell us that there are no tables and then went back to eating. She wouldn't put our name on a list or tell us a wait time so we left.

The food and drinks here were a huge disappointment. This is the 2nd time we've been here (after about a year, which was a good experience), but probably the last. My classic American Breakfast was good (2 eggs, meat, and 2 sides, you know the standard fare), a bit pricey at $12.49. My wife's hash was a complete disappointment, as the hash was clearly a canned hash that just got warmed up and was presented as such. The drink prices are insane: $6.49 for a chai tea latte that was in an average coffee cup (which was also a dirty chai, which I didn't request, and asked the server about. She said she would ask but never followed up. On the check it was just chai tea latte). $2.50 for a kids cup of milk. That's just insane gouging.
